MANDATORY FORMS NEEDED FOR 2024 SPRING FOOTBALL SEASON

1. Proof of Age (Copy of Birth Certificate, Passport, or Real ID) 
   
2. 2x2 recent picture of athlete (no hoodies, caps, masks)
3. Medical Clearance Physical & Image Release (Physical must be performed and dated on or after 5/2023)

Spring 2024 Football Practice & Game Schedule At A Glance

*Note that all football practices will be ~2.5 hrs long. Please refer to Team Snap for accurate start times and end times. Times listed below is our window of field availability and will be within this time frame.

*Note that ALL Games will be held on a Saturday or Sunday and are subject to change dates, times, and locations. Due to the nature of our opponents field locations and renting from local schools, we may need to make adjustments ad-hoc.

Final Game Schedule will be released when all team submissions have been finalized. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
